The “Hourly” service consists of booking a chauffeured vehicle by the hour. This service is ideal when you need flexibility to move around over a certain period of time, allowing you to make multiple stops or change destinations according to your needs during the contracted time.

 

The “Distance” service is based on fixed rates for transfers between two areas.

Just let us know your pick-up point and final destination, and we’ll take care of everything to ensure a smooth and hassle-free ride.

You can book your transfer quickly and easily through our online booking form, by phone, or via email. Just provide details such as pick-up location, destination, date, and time — we’ll take care of the rest.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee service availability. However, through the form, you can book up to 2 hours before the service without issues.

In urgent situations, we suggest contacting us directly to assess your request. You can also submit it through the “LAST MINUTE” section, and we’ll get in touch with you immediately to find a solution.

Our Flat Rate transfer system is designed to handle unforeseen changes. We recommend providing your flight number when booking so we can monitor any delays. In case of changes, our team will contact you and adjust the service as needed.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. If you make changes or cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, there is no cost.
If the change or cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged.
